Luke represented me on my first and only DWI in Ithaca City Court. I told him my goals and was honest, and he told me he would do his best to get the results without promising. The probation dept. and the DA wanted to sentence me to probation, but Luke argued successfully for a CD. Then, when I was violated for my ignition interlock, he took my case twice, and we won twice (both times I was restored to my CD).
